About Our Founder - Sarah Weaver

Hi, I’m Sarah Weaver.

I am the founder of Entourage Functional Medicine.

I am entrepreneur and nurse who has worked across the entire continuum of care. Now, as a practitioner, my unique experience drives my advocacy for my clients.

I am motivated by a passion for promoting peaceful communication and the highest level of wellbeing among my clients and team.

_____

I started my career as an assistant team leader for AmeriCorps NCCC in Denver.

Then, in 1999, I opened Full Circle Doula Care in Seattle, Washington, and, later Fort Wayne. I was the owner and birth and postpartum doula, focusing on advocacy and education as well as direct care for newborns and families.

Then, in 2003, I founded the Blue Mountain Project, which partners with rural farming communities in Jamaica’s Blue Mountains to improve the health, education and economy of their rural third world population.

I have been serving my community as a nurse since 2005, working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings including cardiac telemetry, med-surg and family practice nursing.

In 2013, I began to build a comprehensive inpatient holistic nursing program and still design and coordinate programming for healthcare professionals at Parkview Health. This program has been recognized nationally.

In 2015, after graduating from University of Saint Francis’ Family Nurse Practitioner program I began to work in a large non-profit integrative health clinic, started my post graduate training and certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Daniel Amen’s Brain Health Coaching program.

It has been my honor to help hundreds of clients reach their health goals and I can’t wait for the opportunity to partner with you!

Sarah does health consulting/coaching worldwide. Recommendations on stress management, lifestyle, lab result reviews and advice on optimizing supplements can be given virtually.
